This course is for managers who need to use data in their work without producing it themselves. It does not cover statistics or software. It covers how to read the reports and charts you receive, how to spot common problems, and how to ask an analyst or a colleague for what you need.
Exercises use the participants’ own reports. Between sessions, each participant brings one real example from their work to discuss in the next session.
