Many organisations have someone who can deliver training well but no time to design the course and write the materials. We do that part. You get a complete package written for your organisation, using your own examples, and your trainer gets a briefing on how to deliver it.

- Onboarding for a role, a product or a system, delivered by your team lead or HR trainer to each new group of starters
- Skills training for an existing team, for example customer service, presentation skills, management or writing, delivered by an in-house trainer
- Turning an expert’s knowledge into a course, so that the person who knows the subject can teach it without having to design the training themselves
What you receive
- A consultation and a written proposal with a fixed price, at no charge
- A complete materials package, written for your organisation and fitted to in-person or online delivery
- Briefing calls with your trainer, recorded so they can refer back
- Support by email or call during the first delivery
- All materials in editable form, which you can reuse and update without any licence fee
What we need from you
- Someone who can describe what the training should achieve and approve the proposal
- The trainer who will deliver the course, for the briefing calls
- A short conversation with a few of the people who will attend, where possible
- Any existing documents, procedures or examples we should build the course around
