Course Tailor designs and delivers training courses for organisations and individuals. We do not sell a fixed catalogue. Each course is written for the client who commissions it, using their own examples, and delivered online, in person or both.
The company is run by Bushra Maayah and is based in Amman, Jordan. We work with clients locally and internationally.
How we approach training
- Every course starts with a clear statement of what participants should be able to do afterwards.
- Examples and exercises come from the client’s own work, not from generic case studies.
- The format follows the subject: some things are best learned in a room, others in short online sessions, others alone.
- Clients own their course materials and can reuse them.
Subjects
Recent work includes customer service and front-desk training for clinics, marketing strategy, data skills for managers, communication and presentation skills, management skills, and business writing in English. If your subject is not listed, contact us: in most cases the subject expert is you, and our job is to turn that knowledge into a course.
