The right format depends on what people need to learn, how many of them there are, and where they are. These are the four formats we offer.
In person
Workshops and courses held at your premises or a venue we arrange. Best for practical skills, communication skills and anything that benefits from group discussion and practice. Typical length is half a day to three days, for groups of six to twenty.
Online, live
Sessions delivered over video call, usually two hours at a time, spread over several weeks. Suitable for teams in different locations and for subjects that are better learned in shorter, repeated sessions. Sessions are recorded for anyone who cannot attend.
Online, self-paced
Written lessons, short videos and exercises that participants work through in their own time. Suitable for large groups, for onboarding new staff, and for knowledge-based subjects. Includes short checks so you can see who has completed the material.
Mixed
Self-paced material for the background knowledge, followed by live sessions for practice and questions. Often the most cost-effective option for large or spread-out groups.
