How we work

The four steps every course goes through, and what you receive at each one.

We follow the same process for every course, whether it is a half-day workshop for one team or a programme that runs over several weeks. You approve the plan and the price before we write any material.

1. Consultation

We start with a conversation about what you need: who the learners are, what they need to be able to do after the course, what they already know, and how much time is available. Where possible we also speak to some of the people who will attend. This takes about an hour of your time and there is no charge.

2. Course design and proposal

We send you a written proposal containing the course outline, the recommended format and length, the dates, and a fixed price. If you want changes, we revise it. Once you approve the proposal, we write the full course: session plans, slides, exercises, handouts and a guide for whoever runs it. You review a draft before delivery.

3. Delivery

We deliver the course online, in person, or both. If you would prefer your own staff to deliver it, we train them and hand over the materials.

4. Review

After the course we collect feedback from the participants and from you, and we check whether the course achieved what it was meant to. If anything needs changing before the next run, we change it.
