This course is for managers who need to use data in their work without producing it themselves. It does not cover statistics or software. It covers how to read the reports and charts they receive, how to spot common problems, and how to ask an analyst or a colleague for what they need.

The package is written for live online delivery: four session plans, breakout exercises based on the participants’ own reports, polls, and a task between each session. The trainer does not need a data background; the briefing covers the content in detail.
